The player from the United Kingdom felt misled by the casino. He had believed he was playing at 25p a spin, but 34p was deducted due to an opt-in he was unaware of. The player insisted he had not knowingly opted in to this feature. He contacted the casino, but they claimed nothing could be done as he had opted in. We reviewed the game and promotional terms and found that the opt-in feature had been indicated. We concluded that the player was responsible for their account and bets. Therefore, we could not find a valid reason for a refund and rejected the complaint.

I’ve deposited 70 over the last 2 weeks thinking I’ve been playing 25p a spin but you have been taking 34p because I opted into something at bottom of the game , I never realised I had done this it’s a rip off , regards shaun

With a default bet of 20, turning this feature on the bet raised to 25: (with the feature off)file with the feature on:file

Initiating a spin set to 25, and this option turned on file , my balance decreased only by 25: file

Could you please share your gaming history? From these static screenshots, it's unclear how much was deducted after each game round.

At the very bottom of screen there is a opt in button which I hadn’t pressed to my knowledge, if you press this it will take 9 extra pence wirhout showing it on the stake , I would never opt into something like that ,

Also your trying the demo , I bet if you deposit it will be totally different, I opted into receiving some free spins on first deposit and maybe this is where they catch you out because I didn’t use the opt in at bottom of screen

Since you needed to opt-in to the promotion and the win can be won at any time after a game round is complete, we won't be able to argue for a refund. I would recommend you contact casino support and ask to opt out of the promotion.

Please let me know if there are any other circumstances I haven't considered, otherwise I'll close the complaint.

Do you not the know that is a con , when you press a play button the amount shown is the amount you pay ? Not taking extra off you ?
