It was the new player bonus and I was literally playing the game and I won 52 free spins on cleopatra slingo and the app frozen. I went back into the game and it was gone. Then I won 39 free games and it did the same thing, I chatted with a rep and o was advices to uninstall and reinstall and to restart my phone. I did everything and I got a reply saying I had to get the gaming logs and I explained to then I’ve done this a hundred times and they are just no help- the. I waged like 3-5$ won 3 free spins and again it went blank and my spins were gone.
Bet MGM has blocked and suspended my account because I’ve asked for my spins that I won. I’ve deposited and played for weeks now they have suspended me
