The player from India has requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. Their money hasn’t been received yet. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.

I have tried to withdraw my money on 2nd december 2022. But withdrawal has been declined after 24 hours. In live chat they replied me that it is declined due to technical error. It will be resolved soon. After 13 days still i cant able to withdraw my funds. Always they ask to wait for some time. Live agent saying that they are not handling this type of cases. They said it is handled by relavant team. But they are not giving contact of relevant team. In this 13 days they have given diffrent different reason for this issue. Sometime they have told me that it is a problem from payment provider ends. Sometime they told me that your account has been checked my our team and sometime they told me that because of technical error your withdrawal has been declined.

In terms they have written that maximum of 5 days i have to wait. But they are not stands in their terms. I have ask the withdrawal via jeton wallet as i have use it for deposite. Other methods like bank transfer has been closed by them.

It is very sad to say that they are not able to fix the problem since last 1 year or more. Everytime we ask for withdrawal we have to wait for it. This time it will already taken 13 days and still no positive reply from them.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
