The player from India had deposited 1100rs on Betkwik, but the transaction had remained pending despite the amount being debited from his bank account. The casino had claimed it didn't receive the deposit. We had suggested the player contact his payment provider for investigation, which could have taken up to a month. We had requested the player's bank statement for further investigation, but there was no response from the player, hence we couldn't proceed further with the investigation. Consequently, the complaint was rejected.

I have send money on betkwik upi, amount of 1100rs but showing in'pending status '

After 48 hours money has been debited from my bank account.

I send all proofs but they're unable to reply me, also said nothing received from my side.

Please help me🙏🥺

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.

You should contact your payment provider to see if the amount was successfully sent to the casino. The payment provider will investigate the issue, but this process may take up to 30 days. Please let us know if you receive any information about your deposit from your payment provider.
