The player from India had struggled to verify his account with Betkwiff to withdraw his winnings. He had claimed to have provided the required documents, but the casino had rejected them, alleging they were not original. The player had submitted an Indian ID card and bank statement as proof of address, both of which were rejected by the casino. Later, the player informed us the issue was eventually resolved.

Betkwiff is a fraud company. I am verifying my account to withdraw the amount I have won. These people are not verifying my account. And they are saying that you have not given the original documents but I have given everything in original.


I would appeal to people to stay away from this fraud website. 


It was a very bad experience for me 😡😡

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos take KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

  • Could you please advise which documents you have already provided and when exactly did you send the last one?
  • Have you provided all the required documents as soon as possible and in the correct format?

I had given my Indian ID card as address proof but they rejected it. This was about 6 days ago.


Yesterday I again gave them my bank statement for address proof, they rejected it too and said that it is fake.
