The player from Bosnia and Herzegovina has requested a withdrawal two months prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, winnings haven’t been received yet. After contacting casino and their affiliates we still weren't able to get a response.

I already for around two months trying to withdraw money on this bookie.
I made small deposit of 100-150eur via skrill, after made 1000eur I wanted to make withdrawal of 500-600eur can't remember but it was oending for 15-20 days. They told me at the end that they can't transfer money on skrill, that something is wrong with my skrill even I am regulary getting money from other casinos, they tild me to try alternative method, to make minimum deposit and to try again, I made deposit via neteller, and make new withdrawal on 8th April and still waiting, in meantime they asked documents only after I came at chat ti ask what is wrong, but already 7-8 days nothing, no money, on live support chat not big help, they said that they will transfer to some relevant team etc.
For me si far is impossible to get money, so at the end I decided to try here to help me to get my money.
I didnt use any bonus etc, I played only with my money .

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Do I understand correctly that your withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed? Have you been given any explanation of what caused the delay?
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but two months is an unusually long time.

I made one withdrawal for around 45-50 days or even two months, was pending for 10-15-20 days, they said that something is wring with my skrill and they can't process withdraw, sugested me to use another payment method, I use small deposit from neteller and on April 8th did another one withdraw to neteller now, in meantime when I come to chat and asked why still not proccesed they told me that need to send documents, I sent and but not any update if account is verified or not, wirhdrawal from April 8th is still pending, I lost patience cause I am trying for two months to get my payment.

Now, they can't withdraw money even in neteller.
This is just crazy, they can receive money, but can't send. I can't use any of offered methods, and even why should I trust thst they even send me on thst method even if can use. I can usee only crypto beside skrill and netteler.

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.
