The player from Finland had reported issues with double charges on his deposits at an online casino. He had made two deposits using a Visa card but was charged four times, with each deposit appearing as identical doubles. Despite his request for a full transaction history to clarify the situation, the casino did not respond. The player had demanded a refund for the extra charges. Eventually, the casino refunded the disputed amount. The issue was thus resolved.

My deposites was taken double from bank and when asked full transaction history from casino they refuse and dont answer questions.

the matter came to light on 18.3 when my account was debited. the deposits from my bank were made the previous week. I made the deposits with a visa card. I made 2 deposits, but they were charged 4 times, both as identical doubles. the casino replied that it might look into the matter. as mentioned this is not game specific but payment method fraud and they should help immediately!!

Kindly provide us with proof of your account being charged multiple times.

If you contacted the casino regarding the issue please forward the correspondence between you and the casino as well.
