The player from Canada is questioning responsible gambling tools. He asked the casino for loss limit which wasn’t activated because the casino is not able to set it. Since such tools are not mandatory, we decided to reject this complaint.

Hello I have open my account with bet itall and then I won 16780$ and I ask live agent to put the loss limit on my account as I know if I play more I will lose but she didn't put loss limit on my account and I lost all the money how come a casino can run with any limits for players , wen I ask for it,, so can u plz help me to get out my 16780$ from them

Hello Kristina thanks for open my case as they have block my account now wen they see I file the complaint against them I am attaching the chat as a proof with them , first one u can see the funds in my account second one u can see I ask her to put the loss limit for 100$ but she said she cannot do that , now they block my account so that I don't gather any proof

Unfortunately, there aren’t unified regulations when it comes to responsible gambling, that would be applied to all casinos and player protection tools are managed by casinos exclusively. Some casinos have a wide variety of responsible gambling tools but none of them is mandatory, and sadly, some casinos operate without them completely. 

I apologize, but we cannot punish the casino if it isn’t able to set a loss limit. Please let me know if there is anything else I could help you with, otherwise, I will be forced to reject this complaint. Thank you in advance for your reply and understanding.

No thanks but it should be mandatory for all casinos , so player have control on loosing that's not right

I ask for limt but they have no limit for players , these type of casinos only want players to loose they delay withdrawals and want player to not win , that's not right

And also they told me that they will give cash back , ON top wen they see I am filing complaint they close my account , can u atleast ask them to give me cash back at once so that I can withdraw that money

I am sorry, sunnykuk81, but as I said, responsible tools like loss limits are not mandatory, I am sure you understand we cannot punish casinos by lowering their ratings for not having something, that they're not required to have, and in this case even cannot set.

Regarding your account, the casino can close players' accounts whenever and for whatever reason as long as there is no active balance left. Since it has been done fairly (without any real balance confiscated) we cannot and won't ask the casino to reopen your account just so you can withdraw your cashback. Cashback is a bonus for active players to use, and there are most likely some bonus requirements that would prevent you from withdrawing without a single bet.

Unfortunately, after gathering all the necessary information we are rejecting this complaint as unjustified. Sorry we were not able to help you with this one, but please, do not hesitate to contact us in the future, if you run into any issues with this or any other casino and we will try our best to help.
