I suddenly had my account deleted.


I had deposited some money and played games, and it had reached $1160.


I was enjoying collecting trophies and such.


However, after my KYC was verified and I applied for withdrawal, I couldn't log in the next day.


My account had been suddenly deleted. I shouldn't be at fault here.


I've checked all my emails, but I haven't received any explanations or notifications whatsoever.


It's extremely unpleasant. I want my funds returned soon

  • Could you please advise how long ago you registered your account and if you’ve completed the account verification successfully?

I registered my account about 4 days ago, and once the account verification was not allowed to send the proof of residence,So I went to get the proof of balance in English and attached it, and then kyc was fully approved.


I mainly played roulette.


I did not use any bonuses when depositing, I just deposited normally!

 This is all we communicated about withdraw and banned.

before we talked about kyc but that communicate was no problem so…
