I feel compelled to share my experience with Bitbet Casino, as it has been nothing short of frustrating. Recently, I made a deposit via TRC20, and what was supposed to be a straightforward transaction has turned into a nightmare.


After depositing a significant amount of funds, I was informed that my deposit was "pending." I was advised to wait three hours, but after six hours with no updates, I reached out again. I was told that my request had been forwarded to the relevant department and that I would receive an email response. Unfortunately, that email never arrived.


Each time I contacted customer service, I was met with vague responses and a lack of accountability. I asked to escalate the issue, but they refused to provide any contact information for a supervisor or manager. 


After waiting over 18 hours since my first deposit, I was told that the address I used isn't linked to the platform. They continue to reassure me that my request has been forwarded and that the appropriate team is addressing it, promising an email update. This is wholly unacceptable. I have complied with all protocols and submitted all required information, yet I am still without my money and without any straightforward solution.


I urge potential customers to be cautious and consider this experience before engaging with Bitbet Casino. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter and hope that others do not have to endure the same frustrating experience I have faced.

Thanks for taking the time to review my complaint. I think I was verified as I was allowed to log in by email and was able to make a deposit. In addition, I was never asked to verify my account by the support team. Now, I went after you asked me if it was verified or not and uploaded a selfie, proof of address, and payment screenshots.

Yes, it was my first deposit and I am sure I have got the address from their sites because when I made the deposit and it did not arrive on time I contacted the support immediately and the one who was taking my request was *Support Manager* where he was telling me that my deposit is still pending and I need to wait for 3hrs before I contact them again if my funds were not credited by them. Also, the other 2 following support colleagues told me the same thing when I reached out after five hrs and after 9 hrs and they checked the hash ID as well as the manager did. They told me that it was sent to the management or whatever they sent it out to answer my question by email and I had to just wait to hear back. I did go more times with the same result until one of them told me that the wallet address didn't belong to them haha crazy and I insisted on my request then finally he told me that he had forwarded my tickets to the same people as his previous team members told me. I reached out more after that fake last response and each time I just opened the chat with them they seemed like they knew exactly what I was there for and just told me the same as all and they were working on it with the team and other blah blah stuff. At this time I was looking for any sites that I have used or visited to see if any were created with the money to make sure I was not mistaken them because what happened is unbelievable and I have been using cryptocurrency as a payment method for over 3 years and never faced such an issue with it. When I went to the history of my browser I could see that it was their site that was involved with my transactions by comparing the time that I visited them and the time I made the deposit and the pages were all related to only them. I visited them last time like 5 hrs or 8 hrs ago not sure but I check my balance on their website every hr or two. Last time I was like mad and told them I was going to sue them when they were truly ng to apologize and made me just wait for the email. The fishy thing is that when I asked the support if the wallet address is stable where I can keep sending deposits to them directly or if they are subject to change each time and I am not supposed to add them to my book address and save it for my next deposit directly she answered with that she can not share or maybe have an access the this information and I have a screenshot of these claims I am not making it up! Lol
