I was playing fishing Gods by spade gaming. I was up $59 usd in LTC. I decided to change games when I left game my balance was gone. I contacted customer support and they said it was not an error. I switched currency to. Bitcoin while chatting with C.S. I had .13 cents usd in Btc I entered same game didnt play and came right back out of the game. The same thing happened balance wad gone. I tried explaining that to C.S. she just kept saying things like, pay better attention next time, don't play with money you can afford to loose. In Betfury they have chat available to chat with other players. I spoke with 3 other players who had the same thing happened to them with the same game fishing God and were treated poorly by customer support as well.
