I deposited $104 activating 50% deposit bonus with 40x wagering requirements. When I completed wagering I had about $400 on the balance, but the casino seized $325 leaving only $75 on my account applying the term:
The maximum amount of bonus payout to the main balance is х1.5 from the initially accrued bonus. In case the bonus balance is more than х1.5 from the initially accrued bonus, the rest of the bonus balance will be deducted in an attempt to claim the bonus to the main balance.
My complaint is that this casino did not inform me about this rule when was offering the bonus and moreover the information on their webpage is misleading saying that bonus balance can be withdrawn when wagering requirements are completed. See the attached screenshots as the proof. I claim my legit winnings of $325 which were seized.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Was this the first ever bonus you used in the casino? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

I think my account is not yet verified despite of the fact it was registered there more than a year ago. I was chatting with their support when my balance was seized and they were referring to the clause of their terms to justify the theft of my money. I admit that they have this clause on their website, but my claim is based on the fact that when they offered the bonus there was nothing to point to those terms. I have attached screenshots where you can see how the bonuses are offered on their website, where you cannot see any link or warning about those terms. Moreover, their FAQ about bonuses says opposite that any wagered bonus can be withdrawn. It was not my first bonus received at their website.

The term is clearly stated there all along. By registering in the casino, you agreed to their terms and unfortunately it is not an excuse if you did not read them.
As the casino did everything correctly, the complaint will be now rejected.
