The player from Hong Kong had participated in Betfury's 20M crypto drop battle, spending 15k to secure a top ranking. However, after the event, the payout was drastically lower than promised, with the player receiving only $2,000 instead of a fair share from the grand prize pool. Many players felt misled by Betfury regarding the event's payouts. The Complaints Team reviewed the situation but ultimately rejected the complaint due to insufficient information about the prize distribution and the nature of the event, which had been categorized as a specific tournament rather than a traditional casino game.

Betfury promoted a 20M crypto drop battle, which, in order to get the most from the prize pool, players need to get the most points from participating different betfury games (from slot to house games and trading…etc) However, after the event was ended, betfury failed to pay out 20M which was promoted. Many players are screwed because they spent a lot of money in the event but received about 15 times than what they supposed to receive. Including myself, which I spent 15k on the event to fight for ranking within top 100 players, which i did. However, in the end I ranked in the top 60s but only received $2000 out of the total out of $20,000,000. In fact, the no. 1 rank guy said he only received $20,000 in total…..so obviously betfury is lying to everyone .
betfury simply lied about the whole 20M prize battle……when people asked about the final result , they never showed us. Hope others can write about their experience too!!!

Thank you very much for submitting this complaint. I'm sorry to hear about your problem. Please allow me to ask you a few questions to clarify the situation.
Is this the website with the details about the Cryptodrop battle you participated in? https://docs.cryptodrop.ai/
Could you please specify when exactly this battle ended?
Has there been any official information showing how the prize of $20,000,000 would be divided among players?
Am I correct in understanding that the $15,000 you sent to the casino for this competition was real money, and not some bonus funds or loyalty points with virtual value?
I hope we will be able to help you resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.
Best regards
Veronika

I learned about crypto drop on betfury.io and yes, also doc.cryptodrop.ai , the event was ended on sept 16th and it later took 30 days for the drop actually happened.
Betfury told us the total prize pool will be 20M worth of different cryptos. They even showed us all the participants their wallet address just to proof the money was there. I saw it , everyone else saw it. $20,000,000
We were told the main thing to do was to collect points in order to get a bigger share of the prize.
I spent 15k of my own money which earned me a total of 15.54 million points and ended up ranked 63th on the leaderboard.
However, I only received a total of $2,000 out of $20,000,000 which is 0.01% of the prize pool. The day of the drop I also learned that the top Rank person received a total of $20,000……which was 0.1% of the whole prize pool. All players were asking betfury to display the result which betfury refused to reveal any information as they said it is for internal only! Many of player asked betfury to be more transparent and then was blocked by betfury including myself! I have all the screenshots to proof everything I said.

Thank you for your response. Could you clarify if the entire $20 million was allocated for a single cryptodrop offer, or have there been additional cryptodrops planned?
I reviewed the wallet linked on the cryptodrop page, but I noticed that its current balance is only a bit over $630. Have there been any additional distributions of the prize pool?
If you have any additional Terms and Conditions regarding the cryptodrop, or if you’ve had further communication with customer support about the reward distribution, please share those details here or send them to me via email at veronika.l@casino.guru. Alternatively, you may post screenshots here.
Thank you for your assistance.

Initially, we were informed to wait 30 days (from September 16 to October 16) for BetFury to calculate all points and distribute the crypto drop.
On the night of October 16, all participants received a drop that was significantly lower than expected. Many complained, prompting BetFury to announce a Phase 2 drop on October 18.
In the first drop, I received $1,500 worth of BFG tokens, and in the so-called Phase 2 drop, I received another $500 worth of BFG tokens, as shown in my screenshot.
Ultimately, we received only a small amount of BFG, which was the only token distributed in the crypto drop event; no other tokens were provided as advertised.
Many users including myself asked them to show us the result, all they said was they did not have the information and it’s for internal only. They also told us there was more things to be included besides the points to collect…….which they never mentioned until the event was finished….I asked them to show result and be transparent , they just blocked me

After an internal review and discussion with our team, we have decided to reject your complaint. While we acknowledge your concerns about the lack of transparency from a casino with such a high safety index, particularly regarding the leaderboard and the division of prizes, we were unable to find any information specifying how many players would receive rewards or how the prize pool is distributed. Without this crucial information, it is difficult to assess whether the amount you received for 63rd place was appropriate or insufficient.
Moreover, this was not a regular casino game or a bonus, but a specific tournament connected with various "Play & Earn" features, quests, and virtual currencies available on the casino's Telegram app. At Casino Guru, we specialize in handling complaints related to classic online casino games and traditional bonuses, which is why we are unable to assist with this specific type of issue.
We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
Veronika
