The player from Quebec had reported that his initial cryptocurrency deposit was not reflecting in his casino account, despite numerous attempts to contact the support team and a three-day waiting period. We had requested further information, including a screenshot of the deposit receipt and transaction history, as well as any relevant communication between the player and the casino. However, the player did not respond to our requests, which left us unable to investigate further. As a result, the complaint was rejected.

this place is a scam! They "lost" the FIRST deposit I made! Made it via crypto, I have receipts as well as blockchain explorer info with over 100 confirmations to the verified wallet address they provided, doesn’t matter. When I contact support, I get no help other than "we’re sorry, we will contact you when it’s resolved". 3 days and 20 support contacts later, no update, money still gone. This place is a scam!
