I have been made jump through hoops around source of funds. I had a large win with casimba which I proved to them. I also had money in my paypal account that was in my balance and I used to deposit with betfred. I’ve showed them that the deposit came from PayPal balance and even where the balance came from. I have been fully verified by them but they’ve locked my account. I have screen shot my name and address on my PayPal as they’ve asked for that too. I’ve gave them everything possible I can give them. I’m disabled and get help setting my accounts etc up from family. My son set up PayPal over 10 years ago before my illness got worse. I use it for eBay etc. I revived a gift on Xmas from my daughter which I provided proof of to betfred but the want to know if the PayPal account is mine. Who else would it belong to. It’s registered at my address all parcels from eBay come to me my address. I used PayPal for ease as I had a large win and instead of withdrawing the Xmas gift I receive I used my balance to bet. I have exhausted all my options I’ve sent bank statement that the casimba win went into everything at my disposal. It’s Caused both my wife and I extreme anxiety and suffering. I’m 69 and have been treated like a dog

I have supplied all information I can only supply screen shots of the ownership of the PayPal account that my son set up for me. All other documents were approved by KYC process. I have shown them the win and it going into the bank. I’ve also showed them the gift from my daughter going into PayPal on Xmas day. She has also provided a screenshot of her credit card to say she sent the funds. I don’t get statements from PayPal I only use it now and then for eBay but I was sent the Xmas gift and I used the balance instead of transferring it to my account as I had the win with casimba.

I have also sent you everything I have sent them. I had an email from them stating My account was fully verified and ready to go. I’m 69 years old and find it difficult to do the things they are asking. I’ve gave two bank account statements ID proof of address PayPal transactions everything. All I ever do with PayPal is press pay with PayPal and my goods are delivered. I’ve been to hell and back trying to figure out how to get into PayPal and try and provide the details that they want. I was talked through it by my daughter and screen shot images that showed my name address and all emails that were used on the PayPal account.
