Hi, I have had an account with betflip for over two years. I have deposited over £10000 through bitcoin and debit card. I have attempted to withdraw twice recently only to be rejected due to "high traffic" I have 7-8.5k in the account with to unsettled bets. They have also limited me heavily. So now of course I want the entire amount but fear I will not get it even if I do 7 separate transactions needed to satisfy there withdrawal limits. Can you please help?

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed? Could you please specify how many days ago was your withdrawal requested? Was your account successfully verified already?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Dear Petronela,


I can confirm that i requested the first withdrawal that was rejected and then requested the second one 4 days ago. It never takes 14days and then is successful. I also have noticed that I now am unable to contact anyone on the live chat as they are now completely ignoring me. I have seen this has happened to other players. I can’t find any evidence that anyone has ever retrieved a significant withdrawal from this site. Please find attachments

I fully understand your frustration, calumrichards1991. However, I will set the timer for additional 6 days allowing to casino two full weeks to process the payment and if there’s no development by Thursday, we will intervene. i Can now officially confirm that the second withdrawal attempt has been rejected by betflip who now do not respond to me so there goes any hope and positivity regarding the situation.
