Hello.

I Deposited a total of USDT 1,337 in December 2021.

I contacted Betflip to reject the bonus as it was very unreasonable odds to be able to withdraw.

I did play using only my deposit money and gained on football bets up to USDT 2,488.40 which is my current pending withdrawal.

It has been already 3 weeks and its still pending with no customer support I can claim.

My KYC was fully approved.

I keep screenshots and files of all deposits, bets placed as well as pending withdrawal.

Dear Jorge,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m very sorry to hear about your negative experience. It’s quite usual for withdrawal, to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Have you ever made a successful withdrawal before? Would you be so kind and clarify when exactly you requested this withdrawal?

Never been able to withdraw since day one.

Thank you for your email, Jorge. From the screenshot of your profile, it seems that the back and front of the bank card haven't been uploaded (please, correct me if I am wrong since I am not completely familiar with this type of KYC section).

Could you please advise whether you provided all the necessary documents?

Hi, thanks for your reply.

I am not using any Bank.

I am using crypto.

They have an option to deposit and withdraw Crypto from your wallets. In my case USDT.


They will take the crypto deposit and freeze your funds as pending when trying to withdraw.

There has so far been no response from the casino, I will attempt to contact them once more.


We would like to ask BetFlip Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, the complaint will become ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but without success. Since the casino has no license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, I’m afraid there is nothing that can be done without their cooperation.


I will mark the complaint "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints may help to change the casino's approach.

I can only recommend you take a moment and read a review of each casino before you start playing in the future and only play in licensed casinos with a good rating. I wish I could be of more help.
