The player's self exclusion was ignored as the casino allowed him to reopen his account. The complaint was closed on the player's request.
HI about a year ago i lost about 200k there.
At the 80k mark in loses I requested to close my account forever and it was never done and was able to keep going until i lost 200k.
At the time I was unaware that I can seek help for the matter so I asked to close my account again and left it at that.
Just yesterday I tried to login and it let me right away and this lost another 5k euros worth of crypto.
I should not have been allowed to play. I mentioned having a serious gambling problem and how it leads me to suicidal thoughts.
I voiced my concerns and told them I should get paid back for my losses yesterday and at least a little part of the 200k from the past.
Instead of getting an answer they closed my account and never replied.
