 I created an account with Betcoin.Ag on the 31st of July, 2024, and deposited funds into it. I used the account for just one day without any issues. However, when I tried to log in the next day, I received an error message stating that my account had been disabled. I have no idea why this happened. I have tried to contact Betcoin.Ag's support team multiple times, but their responses have been unhelpful and unfriendly. They repeatedly told me to reach out via email, but despite sending multiple emails, I have not received any replies. Now, my money is stuck in the disabled account, and I am left in the dark about the reason for the closure. All I want is for my account to be reopened so I can withdraw my funds and move on from this bookmaker. This has been a highly frustrating experience, and I hope Betcoin.Ag addresses these issues promptly. Thank you

Hello nick thank you for looking into this,As for my account being verified nope it has not been verified yet but would be very willing to complete the verification If requested, I just got an email telling me my account has been disabled because of multi accounting and terms violation that is false,lastly nope I didn't activate any bonus I dont even like to use bonus because of the insane requirements attached to bonuses so nope I did not activate any bonus thank you.

I am sorry for not being sorry. At this point, I think we do not have to drag the process out, and I do not have to invite the casino to the same issue again. As you know, another of your complaints was already closed/rejected, and the details from the casino were very clear.

We are closing this complaint as unjustified due to breaching the casino's terms and conditions - multiple accounts (which makes any KYC impossible - mandatory for withdrawing anything from any account) and forbidden play, which relates to sports betting, which is the kind of issue we currently do not handle.

The casino acted correctly and in accordance with its terms and conditions. If you try to abuse online casinos, you have to count on the consequences.

If you are not satisfied with the complaint solution, I recommend you consult the gambling authority that the casino is regulated by.
