I registered in that casino upon looking at CasinoGuru reviews on this site and even though in the beginning all was good , when I requested a 900euros approx withdraw , they haven't confirmed my withdraw request for 15(!) days already.
When I contact their chat , they keep saying that their tool has delays and I know for a fact that they don't pay ANYONE.
This is the biggest scam I have ever seen in Casinoguru and since I only registered there upon finding out about this site on your site , I thought it was appropriate for me to let you know about them REFUSING to pay my winnings and maybe you could help me out.
Keep in mind that my BetCoco account is FULLY verified and there isnt a single document that they have requested and I haven't sent it to them.
I deposited around 700euros WITHOUT any bonus wagered them on normal odds (above 1.70 odds all my bets) , I reached my balance at around 2.7k , then I lost most of it and now I requested a withdraw of 900euros.They are not planning on giving my money that's for sure.
