Hi There,


Please assist me in resolving my problem; my last withdrawal was on November 13, 2023, and I have still not gotten my money. I've already made a lot of deposits and withdrawals, but there's been too much delay this time.


I play at the casino for a while and my account is validated. 



The support agent told me to wait more than 24 hours, however the withdrawal was made 23 days ago. Please see the attachment below.

I appreciate your response. My account was verified since July 25, 2023 and I removed the bonus hence I'm aware of the consequences of bonus. Yes! I used real money, I deposited using Binance. I hope this information helps!
