I have deposited 110 BRL to won 75% amount and 30 FS, so thats ok i have recived, but when i playing the slot from iSoftBet - Whishing Wheel, i have won a bonus inside de the game (3 scatters) so when i was going to beggin, the game just crashed and never let me in again, i have tried other browsers like firefox, edge, chrome. I have contacted the suport and they're just acting like i'm trying to play another game instead of Almighty Sparta but i dont activated this bonus yet lol, thats ridiculous.


So i'm just done and opening this complain. This casino has to own with its responsibilities.

  • I'm trying to open the game in other browsers getting the same error.
  • The free spins bonus that i have never touched.

1- Only this game are malfunctioning, but only after i'd earned the bonus (3 scatters)

The 110 R$ is the amount i have deposited, just to inform as your site asked me.


None of the requirements influenced in the game i was playing.


The situation is clear, i had won a bonus, as you can see in the images, the game crashed, and didnt allowed me to play on her again. Very VERY weird
