I registered my account last October 2023. This is my first time to use betboom, been a lot of downs from my lose in casinos so as you can see i had 2 deposits to make me recover and so recently i went up from my winnings. I decided to withdraw my money because I have important bills to pay but last Nov 10, 2023 i process my withdrawal until now. I didnt received any money into my account. So i hope casino guru can help me fix this issue.


I never use bonus, I am fully verified. I am asking the BB support but you can see their reply " they have no information" so what's the point of the support if they not answering my questions? As first timer on this website, They should take care all their bettors for them to have a good feedbacks but now I can say they have poor support and the reply is like automated where it keeps saying the same results. It's already 21 days almost 3 weeks waiting for what? Nothing?

Yes it's my first time, i keep losing to the casino that's why as you can see to my attached file i deposited twice in to my accounts.



When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Few hours ago, but they had same response to my questions and they give me the same respond seems like automated reply from support.


This betboom casino when I deposit money they reply me so fast but when I needed to cash out my money they seems not responding or helping.

I registered my account into my own device. I had finished your video identification right or KYC after you requested in Telegram Betboom Support when i withdraw my money.


Maybe your wrong? Its because of I let my friend log in to his device. You guys allow it as long the account its verified, you can see to my attached photo. Before doing something, I ask the support for me not to break any rules.

We have a question, why do clients withdraw to your account, which you indicated when withdrawing?

Here in Philippines, the Government don't support crypto so I try to find some way a physical store in order I can deposit/withdraw the account from your bank stated for me to do it. We only have GCASH or PH banks in which you don't have in your payment section in deposit and withdraw.
