I have requested for withdrawal on the this site of winning amount 1k from the 100rs bonus with no wagering and I have placed witdrawal on 10th of July 2024 bt its showing still in pending and its been 4 days not the status of transactions changed yet ..I was trying to contact cs bt not getting reply even I tried to mail them bt email id they mentioned on their site is not valid plz kindly resolve it Thank you

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

Hie marka thanks for your assistance with the issue and i am here to inform you that I have received my witdrawal,thank you for casino guru for assisting me with it without you it wouldn't possible .thanks

And it took 20 days for withdrawal it's not good I think means it was the bonus bt I would definitely rethink to deposit on this site bcoz after so many followup they finally initiated the witdrawal. Ok thank you for assistance I have received the money
