Hi Team, I would like to report and dispute with BetBit casino. I joined this casino couple of months back and once I joined i played with them and won $4000 and $8000, as soon as i tried to withdraw those funds they said Manager will be in contact with you soon. but i did not hear from any one for weeks, however i played with all the funds as i thought this is not good casino.

However, after few weeks i started getting email from Jason Smith from Betbit casino and he offered me 200% bonus without wager and other such offers but i ignored them. last week again i received the email from Jason saying he has offer on table for me of 200% deposit bonus plus some cash back which attracts me. I logged on to BetBit and ask coustomer service for that offer. As i tried to make deposit my bank blocked my cards due to fraud activity.

as i sent them screen shot i couldn't make any deposit they offered me by saying that if i can send them through wire transfer and show us any screenshot them they will add me the balance to play so i made the transaction of $7000 and sent them the screenshot and they added the balance but they added 100 percent bonus and they said if house wins you will get extra 100 percent. i lost all of the balance and i tried to make another deposit through but that was failed too. Next day on 7th Dec i received email from jason Smith by saying no problem you can play. So i contacted customer support and asked them to add another $10k and they asked me in case you win we will no pay your winnings until you don't send us the funds.

but lost all the $10k as well. Monday morning i received and email from Jason and he said if you don't was we will got hard way and your balls will be in tennis court. He also threat me by saying someone will come to see you soon.

I do not have any funds left i lost my house and $300k in casino and my life savings. Jason should know why he's offering money to a Gambler. now he's threatening me. I am not sure how to deal with him.

Dear Ramandeep,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can understand the whole situation completely. Do I understand correctly that after unsuccessful deposit attempts you have received credit from the casino that you were supposed to pay back later? Could you please provide any supporting evidence and relevant communication? My email address is petronela.k@casino.guru.

Additionally, please forward your deposit/cashier history too.

I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Petronela
