Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please understand that we can’t penalize the casino for closing your account. Casinos, in general, have a right to restrict or even close players’ accounts if they suspect irregular play or other questionable activities or for no reason at all.

As far as I know, a casino can close a player's account for several reasons:


1. **Violation of terms of use**: If a player violates the casino's rules, such as creating multiple accounts, fraud, or using prohibited strategies, this can lead to account closure.


2. Use of someone else's data: Registering with someone else's data, using third-party payment methods, or attempting to withdraw money to third-party accounts can also lead to account closure.


3. Suspicion of fraud: If the casino suspects the player of fraudulent activities, such as money laundering, unfair play, or using software to cheat, it may block the account.


4. Improper use of bonuses: If a player violates the rules for using bonuses, for example, by using bonus funds for bets that are not intended for this purpose, this can lead to account blocking.


5. Age restrictions: If it turns out that the player is underage, their account will be closed.


6. **Suspicious activity**: If suspicious activity is observed on a player's account, such as too frequent or large transactions, the casino may freeze the account pending further investigation.


I have not violated any of the above. Moreover, I just completed the registration and immediately got banned. I would like to know the reason.

From our point of view, any of the abovementioned reasons would be valid. Let me emphasize we can't compel online casinos to accept you as a customer and won't penalize casinos for closing your account.
