Hello, I have an account in betano BG, as is the site in BG. Since I have the account, I have never received a bonus except the one that came with the registration. I have deposits and activity, but I do not receive bonuses or offers for such. For 3 months now, every single deposit has been taken from me within 5 minutes of play at the most, and with absolutely empty spins! They say that they are supposedly checking why I am not receiving bonuses, but at the same time I have no answer. So far, there is generally no return on deposits so far. I clearly saw that they were manipulating the games. They don't even pay out the winnings correctly. Yesterday they had a technical problem as I was playing, they kicked me out of the site when I tried to log in, a message came out that they had a technical problem and prevention was in progress, then they collected BGN 117 with empty spins
Здравейте имам профил в бетано бг от както е сайта в Бг. От както имам профила не съм получила нито веднъж бонус освен този който беше с регистрацията. Имам депозитити и активност но не получавам бонуси нито предложения за такива . От 3 месеца всеки един депозит ми го прибират в рамките на най много 5 минути игра и то с абсолютно празни завъртания! Казват че уж правят проверки защо не получавам бонуси а в същото време отговор нямам. До тук общо взето няма и възвръщаемост на депозитите до тук. Видно видях че манипулират игрите. Даже не изплащат печалбите коректно. Вчера имаха технически проблем както играех ме изхвърлиха от сайта при опит да вляза излезе съобщение че имат Тех.проблем и тече профилактика след това прибраха 117 лв с празни завъртания

Please understand, that we can’t penalize the casino for taking away your privilege of receiving further bonuses. Casinos, in general, have a right to restrict or even close players’ accounts if they suspect irregular play or other questionable activities or for no reason at all.
Casinos are not obligated to reward their players with bonuses and bonus privileges can be limited or revoked at any time without further notice. I absolutely agree that it would be ideal to inform a player about new restrictions related to their account, unfortunately it is not a standard practice.
