The player from Bulgaria feels deceived by the casino's marketing strategy. They deposit based on offers for immediate bonuses, but when no bonus appears, customer support claims system bugs and delays up to 24 hours. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

Casino betano uses scaming marketing tricks to make players deposit funds into their accounts. They offering you a deposit bonus via email, sms and in your casino profile.


When you do the deposit , there is no bonus at all if you contact customer support, they says there is a system bug and you have to wait up to 24h to receive the bonus because the correct department have to check it out in a short period. After few hours when i contact support again they told me that the department that needs to fix my issue is not working right now and i have to wait till tomorrow. It was 10 pm at this time , so i did as the most players do, i played some slots and i didnt wait, i deposit to gamble that night and i wasted 3h in chats with support and getting no bonus at the end. I have screenshots of 1 of the chats and bonus offerts in email and at their platform. 


Bonus rules and conditions says "Bonus will be active IMMEDIATELY after your deposit"


How is it possible big casino as betano to do this shady and scam marketing tricks to make people deposit, and why they dont have support 24/7 

Imagine how many players they trick with this SCAM

Could you please advise which bonus you tried to activate? Also, do I understand correctly that you lost the deposit that was supposed to activate the bonus?

Bonus was personal 50% up to 50lv. casino bonus. Like you can see on screenshots ive send to your email and you can post it here aswell , they said they have technical issues and they send me 50 lv on the next day with some crazy wager like x40, after i lose my 100 lv deposit

Thank you very much for your reply, Stefo92. I am afraid that we are not able to help if the original deposit that was supposed to activate the bonus is no longer in your account. Unfortunately, we are not in a position to force the casino to credit you the bonus under these circumstances.
