The player from New Zealand had closed his Betandplay account due to extensive loss. After he had calculated his Return To Player (RTP) on Sizzling Eggs, he discovered that he had won far less than he had wagered. He demanded that the fairness of the game be investigated. We had reviewed the player's gaming history and found no evidence of game manipulation. We had calculated the overall RTP from the gameplay to be 82%. Despite the player's dissatisfaction with the result, we explained that RTP could vary and losing was a part of gambling. The player had requested all her information to be deleted and the account to be closed, which we respected and processed accordingly.
