Hello Casino Guru.


I found this casino on your forum, registered, made deposit 200 usdt and lost, made another deposit 300$ earned 530 wanted to withdraw but they rejected withdrawals constantly, I thought that maybe I should oass kyc, sent documents and than went to live chat support. On chat support they told me that problem is deposit and Bonus wagering, but i never accept any bonus, I said that I don't need any bonus, I never accept that, delete that, don't need, and asked how much need to wager deposit to be able to withdraw, they didn't know , just said it's automatic in thei system and ti continue to play and than will be able to withdraw, after 45' if trying to explain them that I first time heard that, that they don't know rules if their own casino, I decided to play more casino and to try to wager requirements to make withdraw, after some olaying I made 900$ and make withdraw of 150$ to try if works and they payed, after that made another of 300 and they rejected, and than tried 150$ new, they rejected, so I went again in live chat support and now they have new story, they told me that I reached maximum limit gor withdrawals for this month for my vip level 1, I was shocked when heard that maximum level for withdraw monthly is 150$, thry told me to wait August or to keep playing to reach next level and can withdraw more, still they didn't know how much I can withdraw if reach level 2, all looks that they just want to scam me but I decided to play more and after some time reached level 2, made withdrawal and again rejected, in live chat support they told me that I just reached maximum limit for withdrawals for this month and I withdraw only 150$ this month, they just refuse to pay me, they don't know anything, everything is up to their system and they can't tell nothing me.


So if you please can help me here, ir at keast to help people to nit be fucked up like me, shy this casino has such high rate here, I don't understand.

Hello again,


They didn't ask any verification, I sent documents by myself cause thought that they rejceted withdraw cause of that. We talked yesterday, can't get any closer information from them, just that I have no more withdrawal limits for this month, I am now even vip 3, but still can't withdraw, they rejected every my try. U play both, sportsbetting and casino games, even more casino games.

Hello again,


Due to fact that today is August 1st, I tried another withdrawal and they told me that maximum for my level vip is 150 usdt monthly. Eas same when was level 1, and with level 3 same. Never heard that maximum withdrawal per month is 150$ never in my life
