After investigating the issue related with the pending withdraw of Maciel10, we find that not only has this player never played in our Casino (Slots or Live) but also has his financial situation under normal circumstances.

The player has now around 160€ on his wallet and can withdraw the funds whenever he feels like it.

When they pay the 160 euros the problem is solved.

They only paid 600 after opening the claim with the guru. The other 100 comes before the claim.
