The player from the United States had had her account restricted after making multiple deposits and attempting a withdrawal. Despite the casino's assurances 40 days prior, the issue had remained unresolved, leading the player to demand her money back and the closure of her account. The player had been asked for additional information to better understand the situation, but had expressed frustration and requested to close the complaint. Consequently, we had respected her request and closed the complaint.

I opened up an account and verified this account on 10/16. I made 5 deposits on 10/16 in the amounts of $10, $240, $10, $25, and $20. You made your next deposit on 10/18 in the amount $200. On 10/21 you made two deposits in the amounts of $110 and $175. On 10/28 I was assured a one-time withdrawal to card ending in 2340, but 2 hours later go togin and my account was restricted for some odd reason. Now 40 days later, there hasn't been any progress on your end and this isn't acceptable. I would like to get my money out of my account today and have this account closed and wash my hands of this horrid experience you guys have provided me. I haven't made a bet ever again because of this whole shady situation on your guys end. It's beyond unethical and is repulsive that you to have control of doing this to a human being. When you accept an account to be opened, verify it, allow you to deposit on multiple occasions on multiple days and when I go to withdrawal and am assured I will receive my money on card 2340, 2 hours later, you restrict my account and make up this bogus account review.
