The player from Kenya had been unable to log into his Bet365 account for two months due to error LL01. Despite having passed the KYC, his account was still under review and he had not received any further communication from the casino. His funds remained in the account. The player confirmed that he had only engaged in sports betting and had not used any bonuses. We had informed him that our platform primarily dealt with online casino complaints and suggested other websites that could assist with his sports betting issue.

I have ben unable to log into my Bet365 account for the past 2 months now. I have been encountering error LL01 while logging in and each time I have contacted the casino, I am notified to keep waiting because my account is under the review team. Though this is been the case for more than 2 months now, I have been patient. I have never received an email explaining the reason for my account review as much I already passed the KYC. This has been frustrating to me because of the trust I have had with the casino and that my funds are still held in the account. I am therefore submitting this complaint so at least hasted the process of this review. I am more than willing to assist in this review. I have attached a screenshot of the error I encounter while trying to login or even resetting my password.

  • What games did you play to accumulate your current balance in the casino? (slots, live games, multiplayer, sports betting)
  • Did you achieve your current balance with an active bonus?

I had my account for a period of three months before it was blocked. I have never placed bets in anything else other than sports betting. I started experiencing issues with my account in mid July. I did not have any active bonus at the time or use any to accumulate my balance. I hope this answers all the questions. In case of any other question I am ready and willing to answer.
