Hello,


my account is blocked and i cant withdraw my balance. In the notification pop up is writed that my account is suspended (no reason received) and withdraw your balance. When j wanna withdrawal my balance is said this section is blocked for me.

Could you please advise how long ago you registered your account and if you’ve completed the account verification successfully? Have you received any successful withdrawals from this casino in the past? Which games you’ve been playing (live games, slots, or multiplayer)? My account is 1 year registered and when i won 700€ they closed it for no reason and on live chat they cant say why


i always got paid out. And there was no bonuses i had. It is sport
