Customer support was unhelpful and slow to respond, often giving generic answers without actually resolving anything. On top of that, the overall handling of account issues felt careless and borderline unprofessional.

For a company of this size, I expected a much higher standard of service and reliability. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend Bet365 based on my experience.

Other than a few minimal things, the experience at bet365 is otherwise very good, it is very good design and it is visually nice to look at, the color scheme works very well.
