Horrible outfit!!!! They will look at your account for no just reason even if there's money sitting in the account it will give you an error code LL01 and then no one will explain to you what the hell is going on and they will suspend you for good for no good or justified reason at all ridiculous!!!

bet365 Casino — I’ve used this site for years and never had any real issues in all that time. It’s dependable, the games run smoothly, and payouts are generally solid.
That said, there was one situation that frustrated me and I still don’t totally understand why it happened, which left a bit of a sour taste. Because of that, I’m staying neutral on that specific experience even though the overall site has been reliable.
Overall rating: 9/10 — only lost a point because of that one annoying experience, but otherwise a very good casino.

They closed my account without explanation. I received a response that they could not tell me why. I have accounts in all available casinos in Bulgaria and only this casino allows itself such impudence.

My experience with Bet365 has been disappointing. While the platform looks professional at first glance, I encountered multiple technical issues — including login bugs, crashes during live betting, and odds changing mid-bet.
Customer support was unhelpful and slow to respond, often giving generic answers without actually resolving anything. On top of that, the overall handling of account issues felt careless and borderline unprofessional.
For a company of this size, I expected a much higher standard of service and reliability. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend Bet365 based on my experience.

You can also choose to play live blackjack with a real dealer, where you can praise the staff for both efficiency and minimal errors. There are many good slots and they generally work fine, however, there may be problems getting a proper connection to their server even if you have good internet. Other than a few minimal things, the experience at bet365 is otherwise very good, it is very good design and it is visually nice to look at, the color scheme works very well.
