I registered, sent the necessary documents and proceeded to deposit €700.
Then they informed me that I used to have an account and it had been blocked.
I registered normally with my registration details and they left me, I didn't remember that I had an account before.
After what they told me I wanted to withdraw the amount back.
I was told that it cannot be done as the identification must be completed first
and then take off.
The problem is that they blocked me, I don't have access to the account and I can't withdraw the amount I deposited.
