I went to create an account, and they told me I already had one, and I never registered with this casino. They told me to hit recover. When I hit it, they blocked me and told me I'd never be able to create an account with them.
Fui a crearme una cuenta y me dicen queya tengo una y yo nunca me registré en este casino, me dicen que le de a recuperar. Al darle de bloquea y me dicen que nunca podre crearme una cuenta conmigo n ellos.

Please understand that we can’t penalize the casino for closing your account, or not letting you open an account. Casinos, in general, have a right to restrict or even close players’ accounts if they suspect irregular play or other questionable activities or for no reason at all, we also accept the situation that casinos refuse to accept certain players as their customers.
