It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but almost four months is abnormally long time.

However the payment was made in btc, after the complaint was made they sent - finally - the 400 €. And so yes, those have been received. Thank you for your collaboration, I don't know how it would have gone otherwise.
Now I have sent another withdrawal, this time for € 500.
And I have been waiting for about 7-8 days, a little more, a little less.
They are extremely slow. I would like more clarity from this bookmaker. I don't feel so safe playing with them.
