The player from Denmark has been waiting for a withdrawal for over 2 weeks. Although their account was verified more than 3 weeks ago, they struggle to get information regarding the delay. It seems to be a common practice of Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue therefore the complain remains unresolved. We have reopened the complaint as per the request of the casino. The issue has been resolved successfully.

I have waited for my 900€ withdraw request for more than 2 weeks now and I can’t get any info out of the site.


Only that my Account Got verified more than 3 weeks ago


I Can tell that alot of other customers are having troubles aswell..


Hope you Can help me get 24-7bet to complete my withdraw soon 🙏🏻

I have not had any succes to get a succesful withdraw yet..


I asked for a withdraw september 27 on 912€ - first time I heard anything about the withdraw was october 15, where they sent me my first e-mail and told me I needed 17.4€ in wagering - very weird after I meet all wagering demands 3 weeks ago and even played furthere than that.. Maybe they are buying time?


They even said they hoped I enjoyed my time on the site - How Can I enjoy when I’m waiting for so long to get any info and updates??


Right now I have differents waiting withdraw request, and nothing happens.. Hope you can help 🙏🏻

My status on the withdraw request is "Pending" and the live chat supporter keep telling me to be patient and so on…


I have sent all my communication with the casino to your mail (have only received one answer from them in 24 days) and pictures from my pending withdraws.. Really hope you Can do something - I Can see that alot of other customers has the same problems…

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I’m afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints might help to change the casino's approach.
