My account has been fully verified

I made 1st deposit on 12 Aug, 2023 (1668rs)


And requests for a withdrawal money amount of 20008rs

Time showing on 48hours in crypto currency but they're sent my money in after 9-10 days, when I send a lot of mail


Because I won money so that's why I made the deposit amount of 4123rs

Wagered has been completed ✅

And made a deposit twice (3657 Rs + 3842 Rs).


And suddenly I was busy with family problems so I can't play casino

After sometime later I am back

Bet 10460rs

Number betting

500rs (0)

7 number betting

Red+ black


This is real gameplay not fraud


Wagered has been completed so that's I made a withdrawal request on 19 Sep 2023, amount of

11493rs

They send me a copy paste mail also same mail received by my casinomate

They rejected my request for a refund of my third deposit of 3842 rupees.


Where is my 1st & 2nd deposit money?

They are unable to reply me

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you use the same payment method for all the deposits into the casino? Why did you use a 3rd party payment to deposit there? The account is working fine. Means open

There is no problem with my account.

But they cheated me, I completed wagering and sent a withdrawal request of 11493rs, they sent back my last deposit of 3842rs to the casino account, and they said to wager 3842rs again and then Requesting a new withdrawal,

Which is completely wrong, please try to get me the remaining 7651rs in my casino account🙏

To make the case easier, you should also pay attention to this, I have not hidden anything from you, whatever is written is correct, even if you want a screenshot of it, I am ready to give it.

They change their own rules and conditions every day. When I was playing, there were no such rules and conditions.

Earlier, I had successfully withdrawn Rs 20008 by playing a bet of 20+ Euros.

After that I deposited 4123rs and completed the wagering.


After that I deposited twice the amount (3657 + 3842) rs.

I started playing live roulette casino and placed only one bet of 20+ euros, because I did not know that they also have fixed bet limits, they are cheating people by changing the terms and conditions every day,

Please take strict action against them

The money in the casino belongs to the player and he can bet whenever and how much he wants.

Why was the bet accepted if the stake amount was 20+ Euros?


My only mistake was that I bet more than 20 euros, which is not wrong in any way because I was playing live casino. What if I had lost?



Apart from me, the same thing has happened with my friend also, I am completely innocent, their finance department is not even giving me the answer to my question.



Out of the amount I sent a request for withdrawal, only 3rd 3842rs have been sent back to the account and the rest of the money has been cheated.

The maximum bet limit is applied only when you use a bonus. Unfortunately it is not yet an industry standard to prevent players from betting over the maximum limits but as you registered into the casino, you also agreed to their terms and you are obligate to read them when registering or claiming any bonus.

Unfortunately, if you did bet over the allowed limit, there is nothing we can do and the casino had the right to confiscate any winnings generated from it.

Sir, it is not my fault because earlier I had won 20 thousand by betting 20 Euros, after that I made only 1 bet which was of 20 Euros, they cheated me, they changed their terms and conditions, I did not know. This was my first bet which was more than 20 euros please forgive my first mistake it will not happen again please give me my money back

Unfortunately that is not how it works. You should always read terms and conditions before taking any bonus or even registering in any online casino.
