The player from Germany had been waiting for a withdrawal since December 19th and was considering taking legal action against the online casino. This had been his first withdrawal attempt from the casino, following a successful deposit and subsequent winnings. The player did not specify the types of games he had played. After a month-long delay, the casino finally processed his withdrawal. We had marked the complaint as 'resolved' after the player confirmed receipt of his winnings.

Have deposited and expecting a withdrawal since 19 December. Who do they think they are?! I just have filed a dispute to the police station, and aim to call EUROPOL. Also I am willing to face a legal open dispute with the company, if it will be necessary!
