On 07/11/2023 I made a request for a withdrawal of money, having previously uploaded the necessary documents. I wrote to support. They said to write with this question to the financial department. The finance department didn't answer. On July 24, they told me that I needed to record a video with my face and passport and send it to them. I did it. Then they stopped responding to messages again. I received the next reply from them only on August 10th. In this email they said they are still checking my account. And now they don't answer again. In total, I have been waiting for my money for 1.5 months.

I uploaded the documents on July 8th. Video - 24 July. Since then they have been checking. I don't know which documents are approved and which are not. The last reply from them was on August 10th. There they wrote that their team of traders is checking my bets.
