Hey. Casino promised Me on chat to do cashback on Monday 01.08.2022. During weekend they send me info that They did not operate anymore in Netherlands. After over 2000e deposits they treat me this way. No even promo or cashback. Just closing for player from Netherlands. That is sick and sad for Me.

Please understand, that we can’t penalize the casino for taking away your privilege of receiving further bonuses. Casinos, in general, have a right to restrict or even close players’ accounts if they suspect irregular play or other questionable activities or for no reason at all. Specifically, if they discontinue their services in certain countries completely.

Casinos are not obligated to reward their players with bonuses and bonus privileges can be limited or revoked at any time without further notice.
