Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when? Did you accumulate your balance from real money or did you use any kind of bonus?
When was the last time the casino responded to you and what was it about?
Please note that we usually recommend to wait at least 14 days after finishing the verification process to receive your first winnings and from our previous experience it might take even longer in this specific casino so I would definitely wait for at least a week longer.
