I tried to withdraw 2 weeks ago, but I haven't received any response yet.

When exactly did you request for the withdrawal? When was the last time you contacted the casino and did they respond to you since? Did you accumulate your balance from real money or did you use any kind of bonus?

Please note that we usually advise to wait at least 14 days for the first withdrawal to be processed as it may take longer in some casinos to finish the verification process.

No I got the bonus the first time and I spent all my money after that I didn't get the bonus from when I recharged

It's definitely not bonus money.


And I made a withdrawal request on 22/5 and was waiting, but after 2 weeks, it was suddenly canceled and I did not hear any explanation there.


Inquiries were sent twice on 24/5 and 27/5.

Could you please advise when was the last time you uploaded a document for verification?

It is a common procedure to block the player's account until the verification is ongoing. If it has been less then 2 weeks since sending the last document, I would recommend to wait until you hear from them. In case it is already a longer period, please let us know and we can try to intervene.
