How long is the current withdrawal pending? Did the casino request any verification documents? Did you use any bonus to accumulate your winnings?

Could you please advise when exactly did you finish the verification process? We always recommend to wait at least 14 days for the first withdrawal to arrive as the casino needs to do verification and double checks of your account.
