DEAR THE GURU! Please accept my complaint against Beemcasino. I have been trying to claim my funds of 882 Euros since August 08, but the casino is stubbornly refusing to fulfill their obligation to pay out my funds.

I'll go to the details.

On July 28, 2022, I uploaded a bank statement, a photo of my card ID, and a screenshot of my Skrill payment wallet profile to my account.

On August 08, 2022, the casino reported that my documents were successfully verified.

On the same day (08/08/2022) I placed my funds in the amount of 882 Euros for withdrawal.

September 4, 2022 at the request of the casino, I filled in the required data.

In the general access on the casino website, it is indicated that the withdrawal of funds to the Skrill payment wallet occurs "instantly".

In turn, I expect the transfer of my funds for more than 2.5 months!

Beemcasino, as a casino that has undertaken certain obligations, is obliged to respect my rights and follow its rules indicated on the site.

On October 05, I sent an official claim to the casino, the casino confirmed its receipt, but the funds were not transferred.

I ask for your help in resolving the problem.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Hello!

On August 08, the casino reported that the verification of my documents was completed.

The winnings are accumulated using real money and using the bonus.

The last message received from the casino was on October 05:

"Hi Sergey,


On behalf of Beem Casino, I would like to offer my sincere apologies for the long wait time you endured. Having you, our valued player, this waiting time is completely unacceptable.


We completely understand your disappointment. I do not have a deadline at the moment. But I can assure you that team is working to end this story on a positive note, providing you with your winnings.

Dear sergal,

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Beem Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate. We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Beem Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
