Did you use any deposit or no deposit bonus? Are you verified in the casino? Is this your first ever withdrawal request in the casino?
Also please note that we always recommend to player to wait at least 14 days after submitting a withdrawal request and even more if it's their first one in the casino. Waiting for only 3 days is nothing to be worry about as it will take probably much longer as almost in every casino.
