Hello,as quite alot of others,i have now been waiting for more than 3 weeks for my withdrawal and the KYC to be done. Both are still pending after 3 weeks and that is quite shocking. All you get from live support is all kind of excuses,delaying it all the time for no reason really. And my case is 100% rock solid im sure,no breach of terms or anything. Are you able to help me with this issue?🙂

When exactly did you begin the verification process? Have you ever processed a withdrawal from the casino in the past? Did you use any bonus to accumulate your current winnings?

Unfortunately we have currently many complaints on Beem casino regarding delays and we are not entirely sure what might cause this issue but we are trying to find it out as well.

Hello,thank you for your reply. Sent in the documents for verifcation 24th mars,and withdrawal request 26th of mars. But they told me that verification would not be done until i made a withdrawal request,totally opposite of what casinos usually do. I am new at the casino so this is my first withdrawal. Also used the welcome bonus which i finished so i could make a withdrawal with rest of the money i had left. Verification process never take more than 5 days on any casino i have been playing on so im quite shocked that this is dragging out this long 🙂 And im 100% sure i have not breached any term,all i get told is that the process will be done soon..But now its 3 weeks since,so clearly something is going on. Im aware they have alot of complaints at the moment,but most of them have been solved. If there is anything else you need to know,dont hesitate to ask 🙂
