My payment has been in process since March 9th, there were no missing documents that I uploaded. But nothing happened from the support I was blocked. It's about 400 euros what I get from them and not even getting an answer is already outrageous. I just want the money I'm entitled to.

When exactly did you send all the documents? Did you receive any respond from them since? Is your balance accumulated from real money or bonus too?
Please note that the verification and your first withdrawal may take up to 14 days so in this case I would definitely recommend to just wait.

I made a payment weeks ago and I had already uploaded the documents there. I canceled this payment of 130 euros because it took too long for me.
And now it's a payout of 400 euros, which I insist on getting this time too. In live support, however, they always only answer me with reassurance and that they have no influence on it.
I've written to the other support team a few times by email, but nothing comes back.
As I said, they haven't processed my documents yet, even though that was a long time ago, from the 130 euros. Of course I can wait until March 23rd, then it would be 2 weeks before I made the payment.

If you are not verified yet, it probably won't be paid out until yet. Could you please advise when did you send them the documents and if they let you know whether they are approved or not?
